An active member of SHRM, he was formerly a member of the board of directors of the Software Human Resources Council and Vice Chair of the Canadian Technology Human Resources Board. A graduate of McGill University, recipient of the Forty Under 40 Award and the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal.
David lives in Ottawa, Ontario with his partner Anita Martel and adult children, Christa, Corey, Mandy and Shannon. He recruits globally.
Mark has been an Executive Search Professional for 16 years. By design and from the very beginning (he) was able to achieve this status by building a global network of contacts, finding resourceful ways to penetrate his corporate clients (competitors) talent pool and ultimately bring key movers and shakers to the table.
Haluska served in the U.S. Navy veteran. He was stationed on the USS La Salle stationed out of Manama, Bahrain, USS Truett and the USS Piedmont out of Norfolk, VA.
Completing his military obligation, he was hired into a staff position at Penn State University and then under the Veterans Readjustment Act, Mark went to work for U.S. Government employed in a civilian capacity at various U.S. military installations in a mission critical civilian capacity as a Management & Systems Officer. Mark received his degree majoring in Accounting with a minor in Business Administration from Loyola University.
In this “second career,” Mark has been an independent Executive Recruiting generalist working internationally in a multitude of disciplines to include legal, energy, marketing, medical, IT/IS, manufacturing, engineering, logistics, construction, telecommunications, finance and other disciplines with successful hires ranging from upper middle management to president and CEO level positions.
Mark resides in the Pittsburgh, PA area and has a daughter Nicole and son Mark Jr.
